There are lots of ways that we are stimulated. One way is to try to create the best possible scenario and hope all will go as planned. The challenge is the interruptions that can so easily rob you of the atmosphere that you’ve created. You can try and preserve it and force everything out. Maybe that will work and maybe it won’t. Perhaps, in your attempts to preserve and control your atmosphere, you can expend your efforts and energy to the point that you thwart what was trying to come out. In other words, the “thrill” is gone.
Over the last month I have been trying to find more time in the moments that are given, more so than trying to create the perfect situation. In reality, all situations offer opportunity to bring out the best in you and me. It’s in the moments, it’s in the seconds of pleasure, in your faith, your life, your love, your dreams and your hopes.
