You may have heard the term they use in pro football, “On Any Given Sunday”! The term is used to refer to the fact that on any given Sunday any team can win. That is the beauty of the sport. Teams with the best record can fall to teams with the worst. This is true for all things in life, one must always be aware of the fact that each day holds victories and defeats but that’s not the beauty. The beauty is in the opportunity to compete to win. To strive to be your best in all things. To put your mind, body, soul and spirit into your every effort. As they say, “leave it all out on the field.”

Today is one of those days that you can experience the wins and losses. The wins make you feel like your on top of the world, the loss puts you in a place of sadness and reflection. So, enjoy your wins today and if you lose just be sure you know you left it all out on the field for today is “Any Given Sunday.”
