I want to encourage you to take 5 minutes today and learn something new about someone else.
Ask them what are some goals they would like to reach and if their is anything you can do to help? I know a lot of people already do this, but we all get very busy and caught up with what it is we are doing and where we are going. This is more than human interest. This is the way life was meant to be.

Tim,
I like this suggestion very much. It is a simple mechanism for discovering self/other. One inquiry can provide a window into the soul of another that was previously unseen or acknowledged. This simple act of moving beyond ourselves for only a few minutes provides an opportunity to identify common interests between people; this invariably results in strengthening human bonds and amplifying integrity for humanity. When the feelings or desires between individuals are different from one another the contrast may open new doors of self realization and growth. Showing interest in another may even lead you into a conversation that opens a doorway to a new path that is greater than any you may have walked without them in your life.
